...I arrived about 8:30 AM and was soon at work helping with restoration efforts.

Volunteers from the Friends of the East Broad Top working on replacement windows on the car shop building. I puttied all the glass on the upper half of the double window at right.

The first train of the day approaches the car shop building...

Closer...

And closer...

Closeup of #14 passing as I'm hard at work(?) puttying...

Caboose #27 has just been repainted.

The Friends of the East Broad Top had a display setup near the roundhouse.

Orbisonia Station at Noon.

The 4PM train...#14 at Colgate Grove, about to make the return run to Rockhill Furnace.

A look down the southbound main from Colgate Grove.

We're on the return trip to Orbisonia.

Under the wire at the Rockhill Furnace wye.

The train passes the old engine coaling dock at Rockhill Furnace.

Moving through the Rockhill Furnace yard back to Orbisonia Station.

A feature of Community Appreciation Day was a 6PM 'Twilight Train'...

Northbound on the Twilight run...

We pass through a wooded section with the engine smoke mingling with the trees...

Continuing Northbound...

The Twilight Train makes a short stop at Colgate Grove.

...and then sets out southbound...

The evening light brought out many EBT shutterbugs, including Nevin Byers!

We approach Orbisonia Station.

...and back around the wye at Rockhill Furnace...

A recent restoration project was this track car shed, worked on by EBT employees and volunteers from the Friends of the East Broad Top.

Two trolleys from the Rockhill Trolley Museum await the return of the Twilight Train.

By the roundhouse is a stack of brand-new flues for #15.

As dusk falls, the engine crew puts #14 away for the night. Nevin lends a hand moving the turntable.
